Perishable Goods (Food): Due to the nature of our products, we cannot accept returns on perishable goods (meat, vegetables, dairy, bakery) unless the item is damaged, spoiled, or incorrect upon delivery.
Damaged or Incorrect Items: If your order arrives damaged or missing items, please take a photo and contact us immediately (within 24 hours) at 07478737676 or by email: hello@yasmeenfoodcentre.com. We will issue a refund or send a replacement.
Non-Perishable Items: For non-food items (cleaning products, tins), you have 14 days to return them if they are unopened and in original condition.
